Planters Garden Centre is a family owned & run Garden Centre and has been trading since around 1990. We started as a fairly small centre and almost every year since the Centre has grown, we have a Licenced Restaurant seating around 180 people, we stock most items that you can think of from Clothes lines to Dining room suites as well as all the Plants you could ever wish for.
We extended our Pet department in January 2008 and our Aquatic Concession (Ripples Waterlife) in Spring 2009, we also now have a Mobility concession on site selling everything from wheelchairs and mobility scooters to electric riser armchairs and beds.
In 2006 we decided to embark on our Seeds by Post website venture and have not looked back since, the website has just under gone (Spring 2011) a major facelift to make life easier for you our customers to place your orders, we are working very hard to update our database so there is much more information on our site including seed contents, flower colour, height, flowering month and the list goes on.
Our staff are very important to us here at Planters and most of the team have been here for a good number of years, as we are regularly expanding we are creating new vacancies all the time so if you are interested in joining our team have a look at the Vacancies page, we keep this as up to date as possible and details for applying are at the bottom fo the page.
